What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the purchase-inquiry form: your company name, your email address, your product interest, and the details of your inquiry. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you provide in that message or call.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you: to answer questions, provide quotes, send invoices, arrange samples, and fulfill orders. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. One functional exception: if you dismiss the single-box offer card, your browser's session storage remembers that choice so the card stays closed. That value never leaves your browser and is deleted when you close it.
Service providers
- Formspree, Inc. processes purchase-inquiry form submissions and delivers them to our sales inbox. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. See the Google privacy policy.
Retention
We keep inquiry and order correspondence for as long as it is needed for business records, then delete it.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email sales@incaoriental.com or call (855) 666-7282. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of under California's do-not-sell rules.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children.
